📦 Returns & Refunds Policy

At 365, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us.

🔄 Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The returned item is confirmed to be defective or if we sent you the wrong product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
